Built for the NFL San Francisco 49ers. $1.3 billion total projected development cost. Open air stadium seating 68,500 fans with expansion to 72,000 for the Super Bowl. Scheduled to open August 1, 2014. Levi’s Stadium will host Super Bowl L in 2016.

 
Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA

Built for the NFL Philadelphia Eagles. $520 million development cost. The 69,000 seat stadium opened August 1, 2003.

 

MLB Ballparks

ATT Park, San Francisco, CA

Built for the MLB San Francisco Giants. $360 million total development cost.  The 41,000 seat open air iconic baseball park opened April 1, 2000.

 
Nationals Park, Washington, DC

Built for the MLB Washington Nationals.  Predevelopment for adjacent residential towers.

The Moda Center (formerly the Rose Garden Arena) and Rose Quarter Campus, Portland, OR

Built for the NBA Portland Trail Blazers. $262 million development cost. The 21,000 seat arena opened October 13, 1995.
